First off thank you for stopping here and second...
I'm sorry I haven't had an episode since July 2022.
I would like to continue to record and upload new episodes BUT Right now my focus is on my writing career and public speaking.
So instead of an episode once a month there will be an episode kinda spread out if that makes sense. It'll be when I feel like an episode is needed. hopefully, I can find a better schedule for getting new content up.
With that said. I hope you have a great 2023. I wish you nothing but love and happiness. protect your peace and energy cause you are with you at the end of the day <3
